  Hennipen Belgium-Style Ale - This is another beer from the Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown, NY. It becomes better with age because it is bottle conditioned, however it tastes great today as well. It carries a much lighter body than its counterpart Ommegang, yet maintains a full flavored, wheaty presence. The golden, haylike color adds to the bountiful head that comes with traditional Belgium ales.

  McEwan's Scotch Ale - Our final Scottish brew selection that is much sweeter and almost chewable. It is full, thick and flavored with a burnt-caramel taste. The beer is a fantastic after dinner or a joiner with ham or turkey.

  Melbourn Bros. Apricot - Brewed by the All Saints Brewery in Stamford, Lincolnshire England, it is a great example of whole fruit being infused into the brewing process to finish with a complex fruity beer. Wild yeast is seasoned then whole apricots are introduced to the fermenting beer. It is an ale that has a refreshing flavor and aroma of fresh fruit.

  Melbourn Bros. Strawberry - In a similar brewing fashion, the strawberries are also tossed into the fermenting beer to create a bouquet of fruity aromas exploding out of this desert beer. The brewery assures the quality of the beer by maturing it for at least one year before adding their final touches. It is extraordinary with our Lithuanian Torte!!

  Merlin’s Ale - Another wonderful Scottish Ale that carries a magical taste. It is brewed with only the finest malts and hops and uses spring water from the Highlands of Northern Scotland.   Ommegang Belgian-style Abbey Ale - This Belgian style ale is brewed in Cooperstown, NY at the Brewery Ommegang. The beer is top fermented and bottled conditioned.   Oranjeboom Premium Lager - Another fine example of a lager from Holland. It maintains a sharp texture, strong hops and a reasonable head with a reddish-golden color. The bold, full-bodied smoothness of this beer goes great with any one of the Dell's burgers or chicken sandwiches.

  Orval Trappist Ale - The Abbey of Orval has been brewing this ale since the 11th century and is often aged for five years prior to the bottling. It uses three fermenting processes with three different malts and two types of hops to give it a bitter orange color, a fruity and slightly bouquet, firm body, profound hop bitterness and a long dry finish. It is served mostly in snifters to enjoy the entire experience.

  Pilsner Urquell - In this Czechoslovakian brewery they still produce their own malt in the malting house. It is crisp, fresh and mustily hoppy; pleasant, understated aroma and intensely carbonated. A first class beer to be injoyed in multiples. Try it with a wee bit of lemonade.
